Job Summary:

We are looking for a Korean Bilingual Technical Support Representative to provide exceptional technical assistance and troubleshooting support to our global users in both English and Korean.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions in Korean and English

• Provide customer and technical support through voice, chat and email

• Respond to customer inquiries accurately and professionally

• Troubleshoot and assist customers with basic technical concerns

• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

• Proficient in Korean and English, both written and spoken

• Familiarity with CRM, ticketing systems, chat, email, or other customer support platforms
