Online Community & Content Manager
We are looking for an Online Community & Content Manager to lead and grow our online communities through strategic content planning, active moderation, and meaningful engagement. In this role, you will develop community-driven content, ensure a positive and safe environment, oversee volunteer moderators, and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. If you’re passionate about building vibrant online spaces and creating content that connects, we’d love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing
Monitor and manage community activity by reviewing messages, posts, and reports, and addressing urgent concerns in a timely manner.
Develop and execute content plans, including product updates, user polls, Q&A sessions, engagement initiatives, and success-story features.
Respond to community interactions promptly to encourage participation and maintain high engagement levels.
Enforce community guidelines and apply disciplinary actions such as warnings, temporary suspensions, and permanent bans when necessary, maintaining transparency and fairness.
Recruit, train, and oversee volunteer moderators to ensure consistent enforcement of community standards.
Conduct experiments to optimize engagement, including testing post formats, pinned threads, cross-community initiatives, and weekly content themes.
Compile and present weekly reports summarizing subscriber growth, engagement metrics, sentiment trends, and referral traffic to stakeholders.
Utilize Sprinklr Social or equivalent tools for publishing, monitoring, workflow optimization, and performance reporting.
Curate and repurpose top-performing community content for broader use across brand channels.
What we're looking for
Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience managing brand or large-scale online communities, including active moderation and content management of Reddits.
Proficiency in Sprinklr or similar social management platforms (publishing, listening, reporting).
Strong understanding of online community management principles, engagement strategies, and moderation tools.
Excellent command of written English with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and in an audience-appropriate tone.

We are looking for an English Language Trainer to design and deliver effective training programs, create learning materials, and enhance communication skills through continuous program improvement.
What you'll be doing
Designing and delivering engaging English language training programs
Conducting thorough needs assessments to understand the specific language learning requirements
Creating course materials and assessments to support the learning objectives
Continuously evaluating and improving the training programs to ensure effectiveness\
What we're looking for
Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree
3 years of experience as an English language trainer, preferably in a BPO/Call Center
Proficiency in instructional design and the development of high-quality training materials
Familiarity with language teaching methodologies and assessment techniques

RMA Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented RMA Specialist to handle return requests in Salesforce, ensure accurate processing, track cases, and provide timely customer support. Fresh graduates are welcome; Salesforce experience is a plus.
What you'll be doing
Receive RMA tickets in the Salesforce system.
Update RMA ticket information and status in Salesforce throughout the replacement process.
Process replacement RMAs with 100% accuracy
Reviews and ensure all information submitted on the form and checks for missing information, duplicate cases, multiple RMAs for the same product shipping to the same address, potential fraud, or if the case is a product safety case.
Resolve daily RMA requests accordingly.
Follow up with customers for outstanding pending cases.
Check the inventory status and warranty of the original product.
Track and follow up with RMAS in a timely manner.
Document and track cases handled daily.
Other duties as assigned
What we're looking for
1-3 years of work experience.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate in a team.
Familiar with the Salesforce tool is an advantage but not required.
Must be willing to work on-site.
