Qualifications:

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and effectively communicate with internal stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales-related software.

  • Familiarity with sales processes and a basic understanding of sales techniques.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications:

  • Provide post-sales support to customers, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system, including contact details, interactions, and other activities.

  • Strong verbal and written communication to effectively interact with customers through various channels such as chat or social media.

  • Ability to analyze customer problems, ask relevant questions, and provide appropriate solutions or guidance to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.

  • Prior experience in customer service roles, preferably   in a digital or chat-based environment, is required.
