Job Summary:

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist (Network & Multimedia Support) to provide technical support, maintain network systems, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and create engaging multimedia materials that support business operations and communication.

What you'll be doing

• Providing technical support for hardware, software, and network-related concerns.

• Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting computers, peripherals, and IT equipment.

• Monitoring and maintaining LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and network connectivity.

• Managing Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools.

• Assisting in implementing basic network security and IT best practices.

• Designing digital and print materials such as social media graphics, posters, banners, and presentations.

• Supporting basic video editing and multimedia content creation for internal and external communications.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.

• At least 1–2 years of experience in IT technical support or a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

• Experience in network troubleshooting, including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and connectivity issues.

• Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and productivity applications.

• Basic understanding of network security principles and IT best practices.

• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar graphic design tools.

• Ability to create digital and print marketing materials.

• Basic video editing and multimedia production skills are an advantage.
