Order Management Specialist

Job Summary:


The Order Management Specialist is responsible for managing online orders and RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorization) from processing through delivery, ensuring timely resolution of customer and order-related issues. This role supports operations across multiple teams, handles refunds and online payment transactions, investigates technical issues, and provides regular reporting on trends and productivity. The specialist works closely with Logistics, Accounts Payable, and frontline teams to drive operational excellence and enhance customer satisfaction.


What you'll be doing

  • Processing and fulfilling customer orders in a timely and accurate manner

  • Communicating with customers to provide order status updates and resolve any issues or queries

  • Collaborating with various teams to ensure efficient order management and delivery

  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance order management workflows

  • Support all FMS functions globally


What we're looking for

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree

  • 1-2 years of experience in a client or sales administration role, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues

  • Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office, and experience with order management or customer relationship management (CRM) systems

  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to changing business needs
