We are looking for a creative Content Writer with a passion for technology and strong writing skills. The role involves turning complex IT concepts into clear, engaging content while working closely with marketing, product, and technical teams to produce high-quality materials that support our brand and services.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and write high-quality, SEO-optimised content for the company's website, blog, and social media channels

• Conduct research to stay informed on industry trends and generate ideas for relevant and compelling content

• Collaborate with the SMEs to align content with the overall brand strategy and messaging

• Review Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) data to identify areas for content improvement and suggest updates

• Ensure all content adheres to proper grammar and style guidelines

• Stay up-to-date with the latest content marketing best practices and technologies

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field (or equivalent experience)

• Proficiency in HTML

• Experience in Salesforce is preferred but not required

• Excellent writing and communication skills, with a strong grasp of grammar

• Proficiency in Photoshop for image editing and graphic creation

• Familiarity with translation tools to convert English content into Chinese, French, Italian, German, Spanish, and Dutch

• Familiarity with SEO best practices and experience in optimising content for search engines

• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

• Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the digital marketing space
